Description of Services: We started making syrup for sale about 10 years ago with about 15 trees tapped. Now we tap around 400. Started using the pipe line in 2016. We expand as we go, investing each year and adding more taps. In 2017 we won the blue ribbon for our "Medium Amber" Maple syrup at the Tioga County Fair!
Our syrup is available on Etsy, at Lambert's Attic in Newark Valley, and from home. We have sent syrup to the states of Washington, Texas, Colorado, and Florida , South Carolina, and of course New York.

Description of Services: Our farm supplies a variety of food products to consumers and we continue to explore different products to find our niche. Utilizing just over 100 acres, we are able to practice sustainable farming with an emphasis on respect for animals and land. Our cows, pigs and chickens feed on fresh pasture during grazing season. We produce our own hay without the use of chemical herbicides, pesticides, or fertilizers.
